In Account Engagement, you can copy sent classic list emails and send them to new
recipients. When you copy a list email, everything is copied to the new email, except the initial
delivery date. The copy email option is available for any sent classic email that includes the
Email Preference Center merge field. You can’t copy operational emails that don’t include this
merge field.

User Permissions Needed
To copy a classic list email in Account Engagement:
Account Engagement Administrator or Marketing
role
Open the Sent Emails table.
In Account Engagement, select Marketing | Emails | Sent.
In the Lightning app, select Account Engagement Email and
then Sent.
Next to the email you want to copy, click the gear icon, and select
Copy.
Edit the email as needed, and send when you’re ready.
