Design email templates that your team can use again and again for any type of email that
you send in Account Engagement. Choose from a variety of responsive layouts and then customize the
template with your own branding and content.

To create email templates:
Account Engagement Administrator or Marketing
role
Open the Email Templates page.
In Account Engagement, select Marketing | Emails | Templates.
In the Lightning app, select Account Engagement Email and
then Templates.
Click Add Email Template.
Enter a name for your template. The name is for internal reference only and isn’t seen by
prospects.
Select a folder and a campaign.
Select the email type. HTML emails also include a plain-text version.
Select which types of emails you want the template to be used for, and then save your
work.
By default, templates are available for use in autoresponder emails, list emails, and
Engagement Studio program emails. You can also choose to make them available for direct
one-to-one emails.
Choose a layout to structure your template, and click Apply. To
design a new template, click Skip.
Edit your content, test your template, and configure sending options.
The tools on the Testing tab are the same for templates and list emails.
To make the template available to use when creating an email, click Publish to
Template.
