            Turn On Einstein Engagement Frequency

            To start using Einstein Engagement Frequency for Account Engagement (EEF), an admin must enable it in Marketing Setup. The model training period can take up to 72 hours.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Account Engagement Advanced and Premium Editions with Salesforce Enterprise, Performance, or Unlimited Edition
            User Permissions Needed
            To activate Einstein Engagement Frequency: Customize Application
            1. From Marketing Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Frequency, and then select Einstein Engagement Frequency.
            2. Turn on the feature.
            3. Open Prospect page layouts and list views to verify that the Einstein Engagement Frequency field was added. If the field isn’t present, ensure that your business unit meets the data requirements.
