Einstein Engagement Frequency for Account Engagement

Einstein Engagement Frequency for Account Engagement

Einstein Engagement Frequency (EEF) scans individual customer engagement behaviors to predict the optimal send frequency for marketing emails. The frequency status is stored in a prospect field, which you can use to filter prospect lists or to create rules in Engagement Studio.

          Required Editions

Available in: Account Engagement Advanced and Premium Editions with Salesforce Enterprise, Performance, or Unlimited Edition
          • How Einstein Engagement Frequency Works
Einstein Engagement Frequency (EEF) considers a prospect’s email engagement data from the past 90 days. The model then focuses on the past 28 days of engagement data to create a status: undersaturated, on target, or saturated.
          • Turn On Einstein Engagement Frequency
To start using Einstein Engagement Frequency for Account Engagement (EEF), an admin must enable it in Marketing Setup. The model training period can take up to 72 hours.
          • Use Einstein Engagement Frequency
You can filter prospects by using the Einstein Engagement Frequency (EEF) status in segmentation rules, automation rules, and Engagement Studio. The field is saved as an Account Engagement default field.
