          Einstein’s AI helps you identify candidates for your account-based marketing efforts. It creates a scoring model based on your previous opportunity creation data and provides a tier ranking for individual accounts. You can use the account tier to target ideal prospects in engagement programs, automation rules, and dynamic lists. In addition, account attributes and engagement metrics are included as insights to help you focus your plans.

            Einstein Key Accounts Identification handles the selection phase of your account-based marketing efforts by offering two values: a tier ranking and key factors.
          • Set Up Einstein Key Accounts Identification
            Turn on Einstein Key Accounts Identification in Marketing Setup, and tell users that they can add the Einstein Account Tier field to their list views or custom reports.
          • Create an Account Tier Field in Account Engagement
            Users can filter automation rules by Einstein Key Accounts Identification account tier. To show the account tier field when users are creating rules, an admin must first map the field in Account Engagement as a custom field.
          • Use the Account Tier Field in Automations
            After an admin sets up the account tier field to work with Account Engagement automations, you can use it as a filter for automation rules, dynamic lists, and in Engagement Studio.
