            Considerations for Einstein Key Accounts Identification

            Before you work with Einstein Key Accounts Identification, review these considerations.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Account Engagement Advanced and Premium Editions with Salesforce Enterprise, Performance, or Unlimited Edition
            • The training period for Einstein Key Accounts Identification can last up to 72 hours. The model continues to learn as data is updated.
            • Account tiers and insights don’t work with person accounts. When the Einstein component appears on a person account page, it shows an error.
            • The Einstein Key Account component can show up to four key factors at a time.
            • To see tier rankings in a list view, an admin can create a public list view that includes the Einstein Account Tier field. Field-level security is set to visible by default, so users can also add the field to their preferred list views.
            • The Einstein Account Tier field shows the value Not Available until enough data is available and a tier has been assigned.
