Create an Account Tier Field in Account Engagement
Users can filter automation rules by Einstein Key Accounts Identification account tier.
To show the account tier field when users are creating rules, an admin must first map the field in
Account Engagement as a custom field.
Required Editions
Available in: Account Engagement Advanced and Premium
Editions with Salesforce Enterprise, Performance, or Unlimited
Edition
User Permissions Needed
To create a custom field in Account Engagement:
Account Engagement Administrator role
To select a custom field in automation rules and segmentation lists:
Account Engagement Administrator or Marketing
role
OR
CRM User, Sales User, or Services User with Marketing User selected in User
Details
Open the settings for your business unit.
In Account Engagement, click and then select
Settings.
In the Lightning app, select Account Engagement
Settings.
Click Object and Field Configuration, and then select
Account Fields.
Click + Add Custom Field.
Enter Account Tier in the Name field.
In the Salesforce.com Field Name field, select Tier (Tier).
Select any other settings that you prefer, and click Create Custom
Field.
