          Einstein Lead Scoring for Account Engagement

          Einstein Lead Scoring generates insights based on lead fields and helps sales teams prioritize leads.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Account Engagement Advanced and Premium Editions with Salesforce Enterprise, Performance, or Unlimited Editions

          To turn on the feature, choose Einstein Lead Scoring from the Einstein menu in Marketing Setup. Configure filters, milestones, and a few other details. After you configure the feature, edit your lead pages to show lead scores.

          Lead Scores in Lightning

          • If you use Einstein Behavior Scoring, you don’t need to add any other Lightning components to your pages. Lead scores and behavior scores both appear in the Einstein Scoring component.
          • If you haven’t set up Behavior Scoring yet, add the Einstein Scoring Lightning component to Lead pages.
          • To show both types of scores on lead records, head over to the Lightning App Builder. Edit the Einstein Scoring component and select both Lead Scores and Behavior Scores.

          Lead Scores in Classic

          • To use Einstein Lead Scoring in Classic, add the Lead Score field to Lead page layouts.
