Einstein Send Time Optimization isn’t available for classic emails in Account Engagement.
From the email content record, click Send.
Select Einstein Optimized.
Enter the time frame for sending optimized emails.
Enter the date and time when you want sending to begin.
It takes an hour for Einstein to identify the ideal sending times for each
prospect. We recommend that you select a time that’s earlier than you want emails to
begin arriving.
Enter the number of hours, between 3 and 168, during which sending can take place.
Click Schedule Send.
Email reports for optimized emails are saved with other emails in Account Engagement Reports,
but aren’t available until the email’s start time. To find them, open the Account Engagement
Email tab and filter by Scheduled. The number of queued emails is available on the report. Click
the value to see a list of prospects alongside the scheduled send times that Einstein
recommended.
