How Einstein Send Time Optimization Works Einstein evaluates historical email engagement data to recommend an optimal send time for the individual prospects on your lists.
Send an Einstein Optimized Email When you choose Einstein Optimized sending, select a time frame for sending emails. During that period, Einstein’s model evaluates the best time to send for each prospect and handles each delivery for you.
Find Optimized Email Reports After you schedule an Einstein Optimized email, you can open its email report from the success message at the top of the screen. When you dismiss the message, you can access the report from the Account Engagement Email tab. After the email starts its sending period, the report appears in the Account Engagement Reports tab.
