            Find Optimized Email Reports

            After you schedule an Einstein Optimized email, you can open its email report from the success message at the top of the screen. When you dismiss the message, you can access the report from the Account Engagement Email tab. After the email starts its sending period, the report appears in the Account Engagement Reports tab.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Account Engagement Advanced and Premium Editions with Salesforce Professional, Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions
            User Permissions Needed
            To view Einstein Optimized email reports:

            Manage Email Content

            AND

            View Lists

            AND

            View Campaigns

            1. Open the Account Engagement Email tab, and click Scheduled.
            2. Select All Scheduled Builder Emails from the filter dropdown.
            3. Select the Einstein Optimized email you want to open, and click View Report on the detail page.
