Einstein Send Time Optimization isn’t available for classic emails. Before you set up Einstein Send Time Optimization, set up the enhanced email experience in Marketing Setup in Salesforce. If your connector doesn’t use the default B2BMA Integration User, assign the Modify Metadata Through Metadata API Functions system permission to the connector user in Salesforce.
During the model training period, the Einstein Optimized tab in the email experience shows a temporary message. When it’s ready to use, the send time optimization form appears.
When you deactivate the feature, we delete all of the data previously used by the model. If you want to deactivate the feature, return to the setup screen and click Deactivate. The next time you activate Einstein Send Time Optimization, users must wait for another training period to build a new model.
