- Email Sending Reputation and Deliverability
Email sending reputation and deliverability are important for Account Engagement and our customers. Deliverability describes how likely it is that your message is delivered to a recipient’s inbox. Email sending reputation describes how respected your IP address is by a receiving email server. A good email sending reputation helps ensure the best possible deliverability rates. - Enhanced Email for Account Engagement
Connect to customers with emails that are easy to design on the Salesforce platform. After you build email templates or email content, customize them with HML merge fields. Then, choose whether to send an individual email or add it to a program in Engagement Studio. Streamline writing time by reusing email content, or send and resend email content to different segments. Tailor the send experience, and track email engagements to determine how well your email content is performing. - Classic Email for Account Engagement
Email is a key part of any marketing strategy, so it’s important to get the most out of your efforts. Account Engagement offers two email experiences: enhanced and classic. For the latest features, use the enhanced email experience, which is built on the Salesforce platform. If you’re not ready to move to the enhanced email experience, the classic email experience provides all the basic tools to test, send, and track emails. - Other Email Settings
You have several settings options for the emails you send from Account Engagement. Select email recipient lists, control unsubscribe settings, and choose email tracking options.
