          Reuse Email Designs with Account Engagement Templates

          To save time and standardize your marketing content, create email templates for the types of emails that you send most often in Account Engagement. A template is a starting point for a list email that your team can use repeatedly. Using a template also reduces the chance that you forget something important, like a piece of branding or standard contact information.

          • Create an Email Template in Account Engagement
            Design email templates that your team can use again and again for any type of email that you send in Account Engagement. Choose from a variety of responsive layouts and then customize the template with your own branding and content.
          • Control How Users Can Change Email Template Content
            Email templates that you create in Account Engagement are editable by default. If you want users to edit only parts of a template, you can define which elements are editable. When you define at least one element as editable, the default behavior changes and any element that you don’t define as editable is locked.
