          A/B Testing for Classic Emails

          A/B Testing for Classic Emails

Send two different versions of your email to a small subset of your recipient list. Then use engagement data to choose a winning version and send that version to the remainder of your list.

          • Considerations for Using A/B Testing
When you work with A/B testing in Account Engagement, keep these considerations in mind.
          • Enable A/B Testing for an Email
You can enable A/B testing for any Account Engagement classic email. After A/B testing is enabled, you can switch between the two versions to edit your content. A/B testing begins only after you schedule or send your email.
          • Disable A/B Testing for an Email
If you haven’t started an A/B test, you can disable testing for the email and choose which version to keep as the draft.
