To create a custom email preference page: Account Engagement Administrator or Marketing role
          1. Open the Email Preferences Page page.
            • In Account Engagement, select Marketing | Emails | Preferences Page.
            • In the Lightning app, select Account Engagement Email and then Preferences Page.
          2. Enter a name for internal use.
          3. Enter a title. This value populates the %%title%% variable tag if you include it in your layout template.
          4. Choose a campaign.
          5. Select a layout template.
            Note
Note Don’t add the %%unsubscribe%% tag to the layout template.
          6. Choose the associated lists to display on the page. You can select only the lists that are marked as public in the list’s basic information.
          7. Customize the Form Content section.
          8. Customize the Thank You Content. This content is displayed when the prospect submits changes.
          9. When finished, click Create Page.

After you created the custom page, you can use it in an email by adding the email preference center tag to your email template.
