            Include Files in Emails

            You can’t send files as attachments to your emails, but you can include them as links. Add a download link to your email content for files that you host in Account Engagement.

            Required Editions

            Available in: All Account Engagement Editions
            User Permissions Needed
            To edit an email: Account Engagement Administrator or Marketing role

            Before you begin, upload the file that you want to include in your email to Account Engagement.

            1. Open the draft email or email template.
            2. Highlight your link text and then click the link icon in the editor toolbar.
            3. In the Link Type dropdown, select File.
            4. Select the file.
            5. If needed, style your link text.
            6. Save your work.

            When the prospect clicks the link, the file downloads.
