            Pause a List Email Send

            You can pause a queued list email send.

            Required Editions

            User Permissions Needed
            To pause a list email send: Account Engagement Administrator or Marketing role
            1. Select Reports (Account Engagement Reports in the Lightning app), and then Marketing Assets | Emails | List Emails..
            2. Click the name of the email.
            3. In the Total Queued row, click Pause.
              Note
              Note If you pause the email after it started to send, some emails might still be sent.
