Your business unit includes a customizable email unsubscribe page. You can control the settings, messages, and buttons that recipients see when they unsubscribe.

Every list email must include an unsubscribe or email preference page link. When prospects click the link in an email, they see the unsubscribe confirmation page for your business unit. If they clicked unsubscribe by accident, this page gives them the option to resubscribe.

When you edit the Unsubscribe page, you can also enable two-click unsubscribe. This option displays an unsubscribe prompt page where prospects are required to click a button confirm they want to unsubscribe. If you use two-click unsubscribe, you can also customize the messaging that appears on the unsubscribe prompt page.
To access the unsubscribe page for your business unit in Lightning, select Account Engagement Email, and then Unsubscribe Page.
