            End an Editing Session

            Admins can end an open editing session to unlock an engagement program, email, or template.

            Required Editions

            Available in: All Account Engagement Editions
            User Permissions Needed
            To end an editing session: Account Engagement Administrator role
            Warning
            Warning Ending an editing session discards all unsaved changes.
            1. Select Admin (Account Engagement Settings in the Lightning app), and then User Management | Editing Sessions.
            2. Locate the session you want to end, click the gear icon, then click End Session
