To create an engagement program: Account Engagement Administrator or Marketing role
          1. Open Engagement Studio.
            • In Account Engagement, select Marketing and then select Engagement Studio.
            • In the Lightning app, select Automations and then Engagement Studio.
          2. Open the program that you want to work with. If you’re editing an existing program, click Pause.
          3. Select the Build tab.
          4. On the program canvas, use the + icon to add steps.
          5. Select a step type, such as Action. Then, select an option for that step type, such as Assign to User.
          6. Fill in the required fields, and then click Save.

To save time, copy and paste the steps you’ve created that you want to repeat. Click Select, choose the steps you want, and then click Copy. To add the steps, select Copied Steps.

          Note
Note Only steps without branches can be copied. When you select steps to copy, don't include end nodes.

An engagement program can have up to 10 copied steps.
