Test and Start Engagement Programs Engagement Studio includes a robust testing experience that lets you navigate steps and preview associated assets. Make sure that your program flows and works as you intended, and make needed adjustments before you start the program.
Edit Engagement Programs Pause and edit engagement programs to adjust step settings, delete or add steps, update recipient lists, and make other changes. When you resume the program, it picks up where it left off.
Let Prospects Repeat Engagement Programs Remind prospects of recurring events, renewals, and other activities with repeating engagement programs. Allowing prospects to enter a program more than one time simplifies your workflow and saves you the time of rebuilding duplicate programs.
