            Export Prospects

            Export prospects in CSV format to perform a bulk update, fix sync errors, or use prospect data for external reporting.

            Required Editions

            User Permissions Needed
            To export prospects: Account Engagement Administrator, Marketing, or Sales Manager role
            1. Open the Prospects page.
            2. Click Tools, then select CSV Export.
            3. Name the export.
            4. Choose the export type.
            5. Click Export.

            Exports with fewer than 100 rows are available instantly. To download your export file for large data sets, navigate to Admin (Account Engagement Settings in the Lightning app), and then Exports.

            A slash character (/) is prepended to any field that begins with special characters.
