            Edit Global Field Settings

            An Account Engagement admin can edit a field’s default settings. For example, you can change a field’s type from radio button to checkbox to set it as the default for all new forms.

            Required Editions

            Available in: All Account Engagement Editions
            User Permissions Needed
            To configure prospect fields: Account Engagement Administrator role
            Note
            Note Changing a field’s global settings doesn’t update the field on existing forms. To pull in the new settings, edit the field on the form and load the default data.
            1. Navigate to Admin | Configure Fields | Prospect Fields.
            2. Locate the field and open it for editing.
            3. Edit the field settings, and save your changes.
