            View a single form handler’s report to get detailed information about its performance.

            Required Editions

            Available in: All Account Engagement Editions
            Metric Definition
            Conversions The number of times that an anonymous visitor submitted the form handler and converted to a prospect.
            Total Submissions The total number of times the form handler was successfully submitted. Includes multiple submissions from the same prospect.
            Unique Submissions The total number of unique submissions. Removes multiple submissions from the same visitor.
            Last Submitted The date and time a prospect most recently submitted the form handler.
