Description The description that appears under the form field. Although optional, we recommend including a description for any field that needs instructions.
Always display even if previously completed Use for fields for which the prospect can submit the same value more than one time. If this option isn’t enabled, the field doesn’t display again after a prospect has completed it.
          Do not prefill

Use for fields that you don’t want to prefill. Most fields are set to prefill by default, which automatically populates a form field that was previously collected from a prospect on the same device.

Prefill isn’t supported for TextArea field types, custom fields, or fields set to “Maintain the initial value upon subsequent form submissions.”

We recommend automatically prefilling the email field, which helps to prevent incomplete form submissions. Also, prospects can review and report incorrect prefill information.

Maintain the initial value upon subsequent form submissions Retains the initial field value when the prospect submits more forms with different values for the same field. For example, if a prospect submits a form with a different Company field value, the Company field holds the value of the original record. This option doesn’t apply to the Email field.
