          Including Forms in Emails

Rather than embedding a form in an email, provide a link to the form.

Embedding forms in emails isn’t recommended for a few reasons.

          • The form might not render correctly.
          • The form might not capture data.
          • The form might trigger an alert about submitting data to an external page. Email clients tend to flag emails that contain forms as spam, so including one could hurt your engagement.
