The Last Activity field shows the date and time a prospect last interacted with your
marketing assets. The field updates when a prospect takes an action, such as clicking a link or
submitting a form. Most prospect activity updates the Last Activity field, but there are some
exceptions. The field doesn’t update if the activity is the initiated by an Account Engagement
user, such as sending an email.
