            Create a Profile for Grading

            Create profiles that fit your business needs and grading model.

            Required Editions

            User Permissions Needed
            To create a profile: Account Engagement Administrator or Marketing role
            1. Open the Profiles page.
              • In Account Engagement, select Marketing | Segmentation | Profiles.
              • In the Lightning app, select Prospects and then Segmentation | Profiles.
            2. Click +Add Profile.
            3. Enter an internal name for the profile.
            4. Enter a criterion name, and choose a grade adjustment.
            5. Add more criteria as needed.
            6. When finished, click Create Profile.
