Default Scoring System
Prospects are scored when they convert, and their scores change based on their behavior. Account Engagement provides a scoring system that you can customize.

| Custom Redirect Click | +3 | Points assessed for each click. |
| Email Open | 0 | Points assessed for each open. You can enable email opens to affect the prospect’s score only once. For business units provisioned on or after April 11, 2014, cumulative scoring is disabled—points are assessed only for the first open. |
| Event Checked In | 0 | Points assessed for each Eventbrite event that the prospect checks in to. |
| Event Registered | 0 | Points assessed for each event that the prospect registers for via Eventbrite. |
| File Access | +3 | Points assessed each time a file is accessed. |
| Form Error | -5 | Points assessed once per form submission attempt. If the form is on an Account Engagement landing page, the error is recorded as a landing page error. |
| Form Handler Error | -5 | Points assessed once per form handler submission attempt. |
| Form Handler Submission | +50 | Points assessed once per successful form handler submission. |
| Form Submission | +50 | Points assessed once per successful form submission. If the form is on an Account Engagement landing page, the submission is recorded as a landing page success. |
| Landing Page Error | -5 | Points assessed once per form submission attempt. |
| Landing Page Success | +50 | Points assessed once per successful landing page submission. |
| Olark Chat | +10 | Points assessed when a prospect uses chat. Requires the Olark connector. |
| Opportunity Created | +50 | Points assessed when the prospect is assigned to the opportunity. |
| Opportunity Lost | -100 | Points assessed when an opportunity associated with the prospect is lost. |
| Opportunity Won | 0 | Points assessed when an opportunity associated with the prospect is won. |
| Page View | +1 | Points assessed for each page with your tracking code viewed in a visitor session. If you use page actions to customize point values, only the page action score adjustment is applied. |
| Site Search Query | +3 | Points assessed for each site search a prospect performs. Requires a Site Search integration. |
| Social Message Link Click | 0 | Points assessed for each prospect link click from a message posted via Social Posting. |
| Third Party Click | +3 | Points assessed for each click in a third-party email client if you’ve integrated with a third-party email solution. |
| Tracker Link Click | +3 | Points assessed for each tracked link click. |
| Video Conversion | +50 | Points assessed when a visitor converts on a video turnstile using the Wistia connector. |
| Video Play | 0 | Points assessed for each video a prospect plays. |
| Video Watched 75%+ | +25 | Points assessed each time a prospect watches at least 75% of a video. |
| Visitor | +3 | Points assessed each time Account Engagement cookies the prospect. The number of visitors is the number of times the prospect’s browser is cookied. |
| Webinar Attended | 0 | Points assessed for each webinar attended. |
| Webinar Invited | 0 | Points assessed for each webinar that the prospect is invited to (WebEx only). |
| Webinar Registered | 0 | Points assessed for each webinar that the prospect registers for. |
