          Add a Scoring Category

          Add a scoring category for each product you want to score prospects for.

          Required Editions

          User Permissions Needed
          To create a scoring category: Account Engagement Administrator role
          Important
          Important Before creating scoring categories, arrange your assets in folders based on how you want to score your products.
          1. Open the Scoring page.
            • In Account Engagement, select Admin and then Scoring.
            • In the Lightning app, select Account Engagement Settings and then Automation Settings | Scoring.
          2. Click + Add Scoring Category.
          3. Name the scoring category.
          4. Choose a start date, or select Include all historical activity. Choosing a start date attributes activity on assets in the selected folders from the chosen date onward. All historical activity attributes all past activity on the assets in the selected folders.
          5. Choose folders to assign the scoring category to.
          6. Click Create Scoring Category.
