            List Email Report

            The List Email report breaks down the most important data about your sent emails. It includes the number of emails sent, unique clicks, unique click rate, total clicks, and total click rate.

            Required Editions

            Available in: All Account Engagement Editions

            Report Tab

            • The Report tab shows basic information and metrics about the email send.
            • The basic table of email details and metrics doesn’t show the activities that you filter out. This table can’t be sorted, filtered, or unfiltered. The filtered activities setting in Account Engagement Classic doesn’t affect this table.
            • The Open Rate pie chart gives you a visual breakdown of the percentage of opened, bounced, and unopened emails for the list email send.
            • The Clicks report breaks down the links in the email and how prospects clicked each. The Clicks report doesn’t filter out deleted prospects, so the numbers in this table are sometimes higher than the numbers in the overall email report.

            Interaction Tab

            The Engagement and Activity Report (available with the Advanced Email Analytics Package for an additional cost) shows data on how your recipients engage with your email. The data is collected in aggregate and available to you as percentages based off total email opens for easy comparison purposes.

            Email Clients Tab

            This report (available with Advanced Email Analytics Package) captures and tracks which email client prospects use to open the emails you send.

            • Click-Through Rate Reports
              A Click-Through Rate report shows link statistics visually. A heatmap of prospects’ clicks appears on top of your email design, so you know right away which content performed best. This report isn’t available for text-only emails.
            • Engagement and Activity Report Metrics
              The Engagement and Activity report shows how your recipients engage with your email. The data is collected in aggregate and available to you as percentages based on total email opens.
            • View the List Email Report
              Use the List Email report to analyze important data about your email sends, such as open rates and bounces.
            • List Email Report Metrics
              The List Email report breaks down important data for your sent emails, including the number of emails sent, unique clicks, unique click rate, total clicks, and total click rate.
