You can use custom opportunity fields in automation and segmentation rules. The prospect
opportunity rule criteria uses relation group functionality that lets users define multiple rules.
When used with the Match All rule type, the opportunity must match all criteria for that prospect
to be considered a match.

Note The prospect opportunity criteria is available only for new rules. The criteria isn’t
available for new rule
groups.
Create a segmentation or automation rule.
Select Prospect opportunity as a criteria.
From the Match Prospects dropdown, select related with
properties.
In the section that appears, select Prospect opportunity custom
field from the first dropdown.
From the second dropdown, select your custom field.
Choose an operator. For checkbox fields, select is empty for
unchecked and is | 1 for checked.
Enter or select the value you want to match.
Finish creating your rule.
