            Prospect Field Sync Behavior

            For most fields, admins can set sync behavior to control whether a field can be updated in Account Engagement, Salesforce or both.

            Required Editions

            Available in: All Account Engagement Editions
            • How Sync Behavior Works
              Most prospect fields can be configured to control whether the Account Engagement value or the Salesforce value is primary.
            • Change Field Sync Behavior
              Admins can configure default and custom prospect field sync behavior. When you update field sync behavior, it applies only to future data syncs.
