When your prospect import has errors, the import confirmation email includes a link to
the import error CSV. Prospects with errors aren’t imported or updated, so use this report to fix
errors and then reimport the prospects.

Archived Prospects
Archived prospects aren’t imported unless Undelete matching prospects found
in the recycle bin during this import is selected in the import wizard.
Invalid Email
The email address is invalid.
Field Validation Failure
The imported field value doesn’t match the predefined field values.
Email not Allowed
The email address isn’t allowed. Account Engagement rejects spammy and role-based
email addresses on import because they’re likely to cause spam complaints and
blocklisting.
Invalid According to Policy: Policy Expired
The time on your computer is incorrect. We recommend that you update your computer
time using a resource like www.time.gov.
You are not authorized to modify this prospect
The prospect isn’t assigned to the user performing the import, and the user doesn’t
have the View Prospects Not Assigned to Self permission.
