            Importing Prospects

            You can import a CSV file of new prospects or perform a bulk update of existing prospects.

            • Considerations for Prospect Imports
              Keep these considerations in mind when importing prospects to Account Engagement.
            • Import Prospects
              To create or mass update prospects in Account Engagement, upload a CSV file with prospect data.
            • Prospect Import Field Validation
              Validating prospect field values during import helps you keep your data clean and consistent. An Account Engagement admin can validate prospect default and custom fields that use predefined values. When a field is set to validate, a value updates on import only when it matches a predefined value.
            • Prospect Import Errors
              When your prospect import has errors, the import confirmation email includes a link to the import error CSV. Prospects with errors aren’t imported or updated, so use this report to fix errors and then reimport the prospects.
