          Enable Prospect Resubscribe

          To add a prospect resubscribe prompt on all your forms in Account Engagement, customize the messaging in your business unit settings.

          Required Editions

          Available in: All Account Engagement Editions
          User Permissions Needed
          To enable the prospect resubscribe setting: Account Engagement Administrator role
          Note
          Note To use this feature, Handlebars Merge Language (HML) must be enabled for your business unit.
          1. Create an email template and apply the default resubscribe layout or add the merge field to an existing template.
          2. Open the settings for your business unit.
            • In Account Engagement, click gear icon and then select Settings.
            • In the Lightning app, select Account Engagement Settings.
          3. Click Edit and then Prospect Resubscribe.
          4. Select Set an email template to use to resubscribe, and then choose from the available templates.
          5. If needed, customize the resubscribe messaging and link text that appears on the forms.
          6. Save your changes.
