After an admin enables automated prospect resubscribe for Account Engagement forms, marketing users can customize the messaging on each
form. If resubscribe messaging isn’t needed for a particular form, the marketing user can
disable it.
In Account Engagement, select Marketing | Forms | Forms.
In the Lightning app, select Content | Forms.
Create or edit a form.
Click the Fields tab, then edit the Email field.
Click the Resubscribe tab.
If you’re customizing the resubscribe messaging, select the Use custom
resubscribe message checkbox, then input the text for the resubscribe
prompt, link text, and the confirmation message.
To disable automated prospect resubscribe for your form, deselect the
Give unsubscribed prospects the chance to resubscribe
checkbox.
