          Customize or Disable Resubscribe Messaging

          After an admin enables automated prospect resubscribe for Account Engagement forms, marketing users can customize the messaging on each form. If resubscribe messaging isn’t needed for a particular form, the marketing user can disable it.

          Required Editions

          Available in: All Account Engagement Editions
          Note
          Note To use this feature, Handlebars Merge Language (HML) must be enabled for your business unit.
          1. Open the Forms page.
            • In Account Engagement, select Marketing | Forms | Forms.
            • In the Lightning app, select Content | Forms.
          2. Create or edit a form.
          3. Click the Fields tab, then edit the Email field.
            Edit icon next to the email field.
          4. Click the Resubscribe tab.
            1. If you’re customizing the resubscribe messaging, select the Use custom resubscribe message checkbox, then input the text for the resubscribe prompt, link text, and the confirmation message.
            2. To disable automated prospect resubscribe for your form, deselect the Give unsubscribed prospects the chance to resubscribe checkbox.
          5. Save your changes.
