Use the Do Not Email field on prospect records to suppress individual prospects from
receiving marketing emails. The Do Not Email field is an internal suppression tool, and selecting
it doesn’t change a prospect’s opt-in status. Prospects marked Do Not Email can still receive
operational emails.

User Permissions Needed
To edit prospect records:
Account Engagement Administrator or Marketing
role
Open a prospect record, and click Edit.
Click to expand the Mailability Fields section.
Click the Do Not Email dropdown, and select
True.
Save your changes.
To allow this prospect to receive marketing emails again, repeat these steps but change the Do
Not Email field to False.
