          Suppress Individual Prospects

          Suppress Individual Prospects

Use the Do Not Email field on prospect records to suppress individual prospects from receiving marketing emails. The Do Not Email field is an internal suppression tool, and selecting it doesn’t change a prospect’s opt-in status. Prospects marked Do Not Email can still receive operational emails.

          User Permissions Needed
To edit prospect records: Account Engagement Administrator or Marketing role
          1. Open a prospect record, and click Edit.

          3. Click the Do Not Email dropdown, and select True.
          4. Save your changes.

To allow this prospect to receive marketing emails again, repeat these steps but change the Do Not Email field to False.
