When syncing prospects between Account Engagement and Salesforce, changes to prospect
records are pushed to Salesforce, and information from Salesforce records is pulled into the
corresponding fields on prospect records. Syncing occurs every 2–4
minutes.

Run a Full Sync Sync all your prospect records with Salesforce.
How Email Address Changes Sync When you change a contact or lead email address in Salesforce, it can sync the new address to the corresponding prospect record in Account Engagement. This functionality is useful if your sales team updates email addresses manually or via a data append service, or if you merge lead records.
How Does Account Engagement Handle Deleted Leads and Contacts? When a synced lead or contact is deleted in Salesforce, it’s flagged as [[crm_deleted]] and sent to the Account Engagement recycle bin. Account Engagement doesn’t recreate the lead or contact in Salesforce, but some actions can remove the flag.
Review and Clear Prospect Sync Errors After you resolve prospect sync errors, you can resync those prospects from the sync error page in Account Engagement. Depending on the errors, it’s possible your Salesforce admin has to resolve them.
