          Account Engagement Reporting

          Account Engagement offers standard reports on marketing assets, connected apps, campaigns, and the prospect lifecycle.

          Required Editions

          • Access Reports in Account Engagement
            Some reports are specific to your Account Engagement content and connectors. If you use Account Engagement Lightning App with Salesforce, you also have access to the Salesforce reports that are based on Salesforce objects.
          • Account Engagement Campaign Reporting
            All your marketing assets are related to a campaign that tracks your prospect’s first interaction with your brand. Use campaign reports to get insights and check the effectiveness of your marketing efforts.
          • Eventbrite Reports
            If you have a verified Eventbrite connector, use the Events report to get valuable data about your events and prospects.
          • Natural Search Reports
            Search keywords drive visitors to your site. See which search terms visitors, prospects, and opportunities use.
          • Olark Reporting
            The Olark report shows details about prospects who have chatted in from pages with Account Engagement tracking code.
          • Paid Search Reports
            Paid Search reports show metrics associated with your keywords and search ads. The table presents common keywords, how many people used them, and their potential and actual value.
          • Social Posts Reports
            Find out how your social messages perform in the Reports section.
          • Conversions Report Metrics
            A Conversions report shows visitors who have converted to prospects, along with their score, conversion point, and source referrer information.
          • Prospect Lifecycle Reporting
            The Prospect Lifecycle report combines marketing and sales data to give you a high-level view of your sales cycle’s health. By reviewing the report, you can determine how well your marketing and sales teams are working together to qualify leads and close deals.
          • Automation Open Rules Audit
            Email service providers are making changes to increase privacy protections for their users. In part, these changes affect the accuracy of email open data. The Open Rules Audit page in Account Engagement identifies which of your automations rely on open data. Use this information as needed to move toward more reliable engagement metrics.
          • File Reporting
            When a visitor or prospect clicks a link to a file that’s hosted by Account Engagement, the click is recorded in the File Statistics table. You can filter the table by tags and date range.
          • Custom Redirect Reporting
            When a visitor or prospect clicks a custom redirect, the click is recorded in the Custom Redirect Statistics table. You can filter the table by tags, campaign, and date range.
          • List Email Statistics Table
            The List Email Statistics table shows data from all your sent list emails. Customize or filter the table to show the information you want and hide what you don’t.
          • List Email Report
            The List Email report breaks down the most important data about your sent emails. It includes the number of emails sent, unique clicks, unique click rate, total clicks, and total click rate.
          • Failed Email Sends Report
            The Failed Email Sends report helps you identify email send failures, such as those related to invalid email addresses or sender domains, missing content, or other reasons. It includes information about the related prospect, when the failure occurred, and why the email failed to send.
          • Advanced Email Analytics Reports
            This add-on package offers engagement and email client reporting, which enhance built-in email marketing testing and metrics.
          • Email Template Reports
            An Email Template report shows statistics about emails sent with a specific email template. The data includes the number of emails sent, unique clicks, unique click rate, total clicks, and total click rate.
          • Form and Form Handler Reporting
            Use form reports to gain insight into the total number of views, submissions, and conversions generated by a form or form handler.
          • Landing Page Reports
            Landing Page and Multivariate Test reports show how many people viewed a page and how many visitors submitted a form and converted to prospects.
          • Opportunities Reporting
            The Opportunities report includes opportunities that have synced from Salesforce or were manually created or imported. Statistics include the created date and time, value, probability percentage, stage, and status. Access the report at Reports | Opportunities.
          • Bulk API Export Table
            The Bulk API Export table shows details about exports created with the Export API.
          • Email Bounce Report
            The Email Bounce Report contains soft and hard bounced email addresses from all types of email sends from the past year. The at-a-glance KPIs at the top of the report reflect the unique emails sent and breakdowns of delivered vs. bounced emails, and hard vs. soft bounces.
