          A/B Testing Reports

          A/B Testing Reports

          A/B testing emails track the same metrics as regular list emails. The overview report shows email reporting metrics for both versions of the email. Each email version also has its own report.

          Required Editions

          Available in: All Account Engagement Editions

          To open the overview report, navigate to Reports (Account Engagement Reports in the Lightning app), and then Marketing Assets | Emails | List Emails.Make sure the Reports column is selected, and click the blue paper icon for any A/B testing email.

          A/B Report Statistics

          • The Winner: Version tile shows the percentage by which the winning version out-performed the other version. In the event of a tie, the winner percentage would be 0%.
          • The A and B tiles show opens or clicks for each version that occurred during the test period. The metric depends on if you select opens or clicks to determine the winner when you build your A/B test.
          • The list of metrics at the bottom of the overview include aggregate open and click data from both inside and outside the testing time frame.
          • All-time open and click data for each version can be found on the individual email reports.
