            Heatmap Key

            The Click-Through Rate (CTR) report uses a heatmap to explain what percentage of prospects clicked links in an email. In addition to showing the values for each link, the heatmap uses a color code to show click traffic at a glance.

            Heatmap Colors

            Color Range
            Red 5% CTR or more
            Orange 3%–5% CTR
            Green .25%–3% CTR
            Blue Less than 0.25% CTR
            Gray 0 clicks
