The percentage of unique opens compared to the total number of emails delivered. Also called HTML Open Rate.

The date and time an email was sent.
          Soft Bounces
The number of emails acknowledged by the recipient’s mail server but not delivered. A soft bounce happens when the recipient’s mailbox is full, or the mail server is temporarily unavailable. A soft-bounced message is sometimes deliverable at another time. After five soft bounces, Account Engagement marks the prospect as a hard bounce.
          Spam Complaint Rate
The percentage of spam complaints based on the total number of emails sent.

          Unique CTR (Click-Through-Rate)
The percentage of prospects who clicked a link in an email.
          Unique Clicks

          Unique Opens
The number of prospects who opened an email. A unique open is recorded each time images load in the HTML version of an email. Also called Unique HTML Opens.
