The Olark report shows details about prospects who have chatted in from pages with
Account Engagement tracking code.

Engagement Editions
To view the report, select Reports (Account Engagement
Reports in the Lightning app), and then Connected Apps | Olark.. Click
a prospect’s name in the list to view a link to the prospect’s chat transcript.
Note Messages submitted through an Olark offline form aren’t recorded in a prospect’s
activity.
