After you send an email, look at the Click-Through Rate report to see which links your
prospects clicked. Use this information to optimize content or link placement in other email
sends.
Required Editions
User Permissions Needed
To view Click-Through Rate reports:
Account Engagement Administrator,
Marketing, or Sales Manager role
Open the list email report that you want to work
with.
Click the Click-Through Rate Report tab.
A heatmap with information boxes containing the click-through rate appears over a preview of
your email.
To see unique clicks and total clicks, hover over a link.
To open a table of prospects who clicked a link, click the number of unique clicks.
