            View the Natural Search Report

            Review the search terms your visitors, prospects, and opportunities use to find your content. Drill into a specific term to learn more about it.

            Required Editions

            Available in: All Account Engagement Editions
            User Permissions Needed
            To view Natural Search reports: Account Engagement Administrator, Marketing, or Sales Manager role

            When search queries are included in a referrer URL, the query values appear in natural search metrics. Vendors include Ask.com, Baidu, Bing, MSN, Twitter, Wikipedia, and Yahoo.

            1. Select Reports (Account Engagement Reports in the Lightning app), and then Connected Apps | Natural Search.
            2. To find a search term, enter it in the Filter field, or click a column heading to sort by that metric.
            3. To get search vendor information, click a keyword to open its Natural Search Query report.

            If you want to export the information to a CSV file, click Tools, and select CSV Export.
