          Email Bounce Report

          The Email Bounce Report contains soft and hard bounced email addresses from all types of email sends from the past year. The at-a-glance KPIs at the top of the report reflect the unique emails sent and breakdowns of delivered vs. bounced emails, and hard vs. soft bounces.

          Available Metrics

          Field Description
          Bounce Date The timestamp of when the email was returned
          Bounce Type Indicates the type of bounce: soft or hard
          Company The prospect’s company name
          Email Address The email address that bounced
          Email Name Internal name of the email that bounced
          Email Send Type Indicates the type of email, such as automated email, builder email, or specific inbox integration emails.
          Prospect Name The prospect’s first and last name
          Reason Indicates why the email was returned, such as an invalid user or a blocked domain
          Subject The email subject of the email that bounced
          Template Name Internal name of the email template used with the email send, if available
