After you’ve created a static list, you can manually add prospects to the list and remove them. You can also use automation and segmentation rules, completion actions, and imports to manage prospect list membership.

Add Prospects to Lists from Records
You can add a prospect to a static list from the prospect’s record in Account Engagement and Salesforce. You can also add prospects to Engagement Studio programs from Salesforce.
Add Multiple Prospects to a List
You can add multiple prospects to a list from the prospect table in Account Engagement or from a list view in Salesforce.
Add Prospects to a List from a Table View
You can add all prospects in a prospect list table view to a new or existing list.
