User Permissions Needed
To send Engage Campaigns:
Account Engagement Sales role or higher
In Salesforce, navigate to a lead or contact record.
Click Send Engage Email.
(Optional) If Send on Behalf Of is enabled, select a sender in the
From dropdown.
Compose your email, and send when finished.
